Get Artifact In Experiment

This tool is used to return the artifact from the experiment.

Simple data types returned as is, time series returned as an array, and image-like artifacts returned as JSON metadata with content_url for raw HTTP download.

Args: experiment_id: The ID of the parent experiment. user (UserModel): User authenticated with api key.
